About us
Helit Ltd. was founded in 1991 to distribute quick-frozen food only in gastronomy. At the beginning the main products were: frozen potato products, vegetables, fruits. We have become a market leading company in Budapest by today due to dynamic development and continuous investments, in the past years. Our sales revenues have exceeded EUR 13 million in 2007.
At the beginning only 5 people worked for the company, nowadays our success is due to the work of almost 70 employees of ours. We supply daily over 2500 permanent clients with an average of 45-50 tons of frozen food by 25 special deep freeze trucks. Our prepared and experienced sales team keeps contact with our partners day-by-day. 
In the last years we extended our product range significantly with traditional and special products and it contributed to our success too. Today our assortment is almost complete which can meet the needs of schools, restaurants and hotels.

Just mentioning a few items from our colourful palette: quick-frozen meat (poultry, pork, beef, mutton, game) meat products, freshwater and sea fish, seafood, fish products, semi-cooked and cooked dishes, cheese products, finger food products, bakery pastries, filled pastries, confectionery, desserts …etc.
We exert to provide all our clients with high standard, high quality and healthy products.
Just some of the following well-tried international brands which can be found in our high standard monthly catalogue: Bonduelle, Dujardin, Lamb Weston, Aviko, Vandemoortele.
In 2003 as an expansion of our scope at a national level, we co-founded a central purchasing partnership named Mirbest Ltd., with two rural partner companies. Six more depots joined us enjoying all the benefits of this joint purchasing.
Our goal is to provide more variety and better services to all segments – both in the country and in the capital- so we continuously search for new international opportunities and products.
